Q : How much I can send in one transaction?
A : Cash Pickup - 29,999 PESOS per transaction (Put 29,999 in PESO instead of NT)

      Bank Account-30,000 NT per transaction (including charge fee)

      *50,000 NT (including charge fee) is the maximum per month.

      *400,000 NT (including charge fee) is the maximum yearly.

Q : Can I send to other banks than BDO?
A : Yes, you can send money to all the banks listed below:

Q : What is the business hours for the cash pick up locations ?

A : Monday to Sunday from 09:00~17:00, except for BDO Remit branches (Monday to Friday)and the business hours may different in the national holidays. 

     

Q : How long will it take to receive the money for Cash Pick up?
A : Cash Pick up : within 30 minutes

Q : How long will it take to receive the money for Bank to Bank?
A : Bank account (only BDO/Landbank Bank): within 10 minutes
      Other bank :

1. If the transaction is made before 15:00, the credit time will be on the same day. If the transaction 
    is made after 14:00, the credit time will be on the next following day.
2.If remit more than PHP$50,000, , it will be credited in 2 business days.

3.If the member have the wrong bank name or account, the transaction will take 1~3 business days to be processed.

Q : How much is the Transfer Fee/Service Fee? 
A : Our transfer fee/service fee is 99NT for BANK/GCASH transaction, 149 NT for Cash Pick-up but we often have a promos. 
Also, you can collect points or refer a friend to get a FREE service fee.
