Q : Why is my QPAY Account not yet active or verified ?
A : In order to comply with Taiwanese government regulations, we are required to check all the information of our new members. If your uploaded documents , such as ARC photos front and back and selfie holding your ARC are blurry/too small/not uploaded/cropped, we cannot verify your account immediately and you will receive a sms notification and will need to send the lacking documents to our FB Customers Service. Same goes with invalid signature. After you 've submitted your lacking documents, Qpay can then verify your account. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Q : Why did I got a text message saying "my data is invalid" ?
A : If you got an SMS message about invalid data, please immediately contact our Customers Service in Facebook QPayPinoy or SUPPORT on Qpay app.

Q : Why can't I register and there's a notification "your ARC has been registered" ?
A : It means your ARC already has been registered, because 1 ARC number can only register once. You should "LOG IN" instead of registering again.

Q : I forgot my password ?
A : For user security, if you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password" in your QPAY APP to change your password.

Q : Why I didn't get a verification code??
A : Please make sure the phone number that you entered is correct or active.  You must enter a 9 digit mobile number (not including zero, 987654321) . Verification code will be sent automatically by the system via SMS. If you still did not receive any SMS, please contact our Customers Service in Facebook or SUPPORT in Qpay app.

Q : If I am Filipino, but married to a Taiwanese, can I register in Qpay? 
A : Sorry, you can't. Due to the rules from Taiwan Government, QPay only provides remittance service for blue-collar migrant workers. If your status is not a migrant worker, including married or student status, you are not allowed to register QPay. 

Q : If I am Filipino studying in Taiwan, can I register in Qpay? 
A : Sorry, you can't. The same answer as above. Due to the rules from Taiwan Government, QPay only provides remittance service for migrant workers. If your status is not a migrant worker, including married or student status, you are not allowed to register QPay.
