A : Once you'd made a transaction, within 3 hours, you should pay in minimart , if not, your transaction will be cancelled and you would need to make a new transaction.

A : 7-11, Family Mart and Hi-Life
Q : How long does the BARCODE refreshes?
A : The BARCODE refreshes every 10 minutes.
Q : What if I don't have internet/wifi, can I still pay via BARCODE?
A : You can choose to enter the PINCODE into the Ibon/Family Mart Machine.
Q : For ATM/Mobile banking payment, is there a time limit?
A : Yes, within 2 hours, it will be cancelled automatically if not paid.
Q : For ATM/Mobile banking payment, can I only use Chunghwa Post Account?
A : No, you can use any ATM/Mobile Bank you have in Taiwan.
